Rockwell Assessment Services, Inc. is a privately owned company. The company was formed in June of 2007, a registered entity in the State of New York.

The company was formed as a result of the interest, experience and desire of the principals to provide a value service
at reasonable cost to clients wishing to sell or purchase a home in the Rochester/Monroe and surrounding county areas.
The Home Inspection Profession is a growing business throughout the country, it is our desire to be a part of this
profession and to advance the quality, professionalism and value to our clients.

We bring to the table over 30 years of experience in home construction, maintaining homes and buildings,
an attention to detail and a disciplined approach to getting a quality job done on time.

Our report is the heart of our inspection and to that end we give you what you need to make one of the most critical
decisions in your life to buy or sell your home or building. We do not pad our report with a lot of fluff and stuff to
impress you.

  at hand,
